About the position
This is the managerial level. Under general direction of the Information Technology Manager II (ITM II), the Information Technology Manager I (ITM I) has full supervisory and oversight responsibility for the Risk & Privacy Office Section, in the Enterprise Architecture and Security Branch, within Technology Services Division (TSD). The ITM I plans, organizes, and directs all efforts related to Enterprise Risk Management, IT Risk Management, Insider Threat, Supply Chain Risk Management, and Privacy programs.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and direct all efforts related to Enterprise Risk Management.
- Oversee IT Risk Management initiatives.
- Manage Insider Threat programs.
- Direct Supply Chain Risk Management activities.
- Supervise Privacy programs.
Requirements
- Experience in managing IT risk and privacy programs.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a managerial role within IT.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Security practices.
- Familiarity with child support services or similar organizations.
