ProSidian Seeks a Information Technology (IT) Systems Support Specialist [DOE0078077] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Information Technology (IT) Systems Support Specialist [DOE0078077] candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Oversight And General Support Services Under Job Task Category 03 Assistant Manager for Mission Support (AMMS) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years IT support; DOE preferred.
  • AA/BS IT or related; certifications helpful.

  • Experience with service desk tools, O365, troubleshooting.
  • Customer focus, patience, documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1/2 support, manage accounts, patch systems, document knowledge base.
  • Administers cloud environments, provides technical support, maintains system documentation, and manages IT equipment inventory.
  • Support Functions for Hanford Sitewide Mission Support Activities, programmatic technical support, project controls, cybersecurity analyst support, IT equipment administration support, and security support.
  • Publish self-service guides for DOE users.
