About The Position

Job Summary: The Information Technology Specialist role will provide daily hands-on support of systems and applications under the direction of the Director of IT.

Requirements

  • Microsoft 365 Management: Admin, Entra, Exchange, Intune.
  • Troubleshoot applications on Windows 11 systems (virtual and physical).
  • Analyze and resolve computer operating systems and software malfunctions.
  • Respond to service requests in a timely and proactive manner.
  • Create documentation and checklists related to the job at hand.
  • Effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with the team and customers
  • Apply organizational methods and practices to manage workload effectively and efficiently.
  • Cross-train others, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Administer end-user support and customer service as a team member of the IT Help Desk.
  • Perform hardware and software troubleshooting on Windows PCs
  • Microsoft 365 account administration and password management.
  • React and respond to security related notifications and incidents.
  • Execute technical instructions related to installing Windows operating systems and end user apps.
  • Assist in documenting processes, procedures, and IT training.
