Job Overview: The Information Technology (IT) Lead provides the highest level of support to end users by handling service requests escalated by lower tiers. Support is provided onsite, remotely, over the phone, or via email. The IT Lead develops solutions for complex network, desktop, and server problems, analyzes existing systems, and makes proactive recommendations for improvements. This position develops, maintains, and implements all systems, applications, and networking configurations for the DLIFLC Academic Network.
