UW Credit Union has a great opportunity for an individual aspiring to pursue a career in the information technology field. The IT Infrastructure Intern will be responsible for assisting the IT End User Services team with building and deploying laptops, desktops and VDI (virtual desktop) computing solutions. The IT Infrastructure Intern will also be involved with other occasional projects involving the deployment, support or recycling of network, computing, or mobile devices utilized by our end users. This is a great opportunity to learn technology, customer service and support, end user documentation authoring, process development and general business skills! The individual will work up to 40 hours a week during the summer months and a minimum of 10 hours a week, ideally 15-20 hours per week during the school semester. These hours can be flexible to meet your school needs.
