About The Position

The Information Technology Intern position at Travel + Leisure Co. offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in various technology areas such as Application Development, Digital Technologies, and Information Security. Interns will contribute to the company's technology transformation while working on critical business projects, receiving mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership. This internship is designed to identify and nurture future technology talent and leaders within the organization.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree program in technology, preferably majoring in Computer Science
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills quickly
• Adaptable, collaborative, curious, and proactive attitude
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JSP, RESTful Web Services, microservices, Javascript, C/C#, .NET
• Familiarity and/or experience with SQL, Oracle or other RDBMS databases
• Knowledge of Waterfall / Agile implementation methodologies
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, methodologies, processes and/or tools
• Knowledge of software engineering concepts and methodologies
• Ability to commit to the program starting in May 2025 in Orlando, Florida

Responsibilities

• Support analysis, documentation, software programming and testing of business systems/applications
• Create and update business systems documentation, process flows, system landscapes, data flows and interfaces
• Research open incidents and issues reported by business users
