About The Position

At ScentAir, our technology teams play a strong role in helping achieve business goals. We are constantly seeking the next generation of experts to help us drive business results. To further develop these feature specialists, ScentAir is seeking for a Computer Science/Engineering intern. The internship is a diverse 3-6 month assignment that will give the selected candidate exposure to all facets of Information Technology including support desk, infrastructure, Applications and security.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a degree in an IT related field.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the entire IT department with organizational initiatives.
• Respond to general support requests.
• Configure new users and assist with equipment setup and replacement.
• Update phone systems and deploy software.
• Perform security audits and conduct data analysis and optimization.
