About The Position

The Information Technology Help Desk Support/Help Desk Analyst role is focused on providing technical support and assistance to users in a 100% onsite environment. This position involves application support, maintenance, and modifications of existing scripts and reports, as well as developing and maintaining automated system batch processes. The analyst will also be responsible for customer service support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues, while documenting processes and providing training to users.
