About The Position
The Health and Human Services (HHS) IT Delivery Center is seeking an ambitious Information Technology Generalist 2 to join our team. The HHS IT Delivery Center provides end-to-end IT services to all staff in the Department of Human Services (DHS), the Department of Health (DOH), the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP), and the Pennsylvania Department of Aging (PDA). In this fast-paced environment, you will work with a team to provide IT contract management services for contract artifacts and contractor user management. This position is a key member of the contract management team and coordinates the assistance provided to project staff and IT Management by ensuring all activities performed or initiated on HHSDC IT Project Contracts are tracked, monitored, managed, and closed properly. The team works together to tackle the high volume and communicates with Business Relationship Managers, Project Managers and other stakeholders on the project deliverables throughout the entire life cycle.
