About The Position
The Public Safety IT Delivery Center (PSITDC) is seeking a motivated team player to share your talents by performing highly responsible administrative and professional work in managing, leading, and optimizing operations for the PSITDC. As an IT Executive 1, you will be responsible for mentoring and managing a solutions support team while striving to enhance operations and support of JNET and PCCD solutions. You will oversee application support, collaboration with service desk operations, cloud technologies, and continuous system improvement. A top priority of this role is to ensure 24/7 operational support and compliance with Commonwealth Policy, FBI CJIS Security Policy, NIST frameworks, and public safety regulations. You will play a pivotal role in cloud-based service integration, infrastructure monitoring, and service level management across development, test, and production environments, in addition to developing strategic plans for system scalability, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
