About The Position
The Red Gate Group is seeking a mission-driven Information Technology Engineer to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in advancing next-generation desktop capabilities for the Intelligence Community. In this role, you will join the Engineering and Implementation team as a key contributor on the Requirements and Business Case Analysis Team, directly shaping technical strategies and requirements that support secure, scalable, and cutting-edge IT solutions. As an IT Engineer with a focus on Requirements Management, you’ll lead efforts to define, document, and track system requirements across the full lifecycle—ensuring alignment between stakeholder needs, desktop modernization initiatives, and engineering execution. You’ll serve as a critical liaison between government and contractor teams, and actively support collaboration across DIA, NGA, and other IC partners. This position offers the unique opportunity to both engineer solutions hands-on and influence high-level IT strategy in support of national security objectives.
