About The Position

The Information Technology (IT) Business Operations Analyst II is responsible for supporting IT and business operations by tracking issues, facilitating escalations, and ensuring timely resolution of operational needs. This position works closely with leadership to provide visibility into operational performance, identify risks, and support compliance with regulatory requirements. The analyst II ensures effective communication between IT and business teams and contributes to strategic projects and backlog management.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT operations, business operations, or related roles.
  • Experience and familiar with Agile methodology in product development life cycle, Managing/maintaining scope for Jira/Tableau/Power BI reports.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and AI tools for productivity like Copilot.
  • Jquery/SQL skills for reporting tools like Jira, Tableau/Power BI.
  • Project Management skills that align with Agile development.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to organize and meet deadlines.
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to recognize and track issues, identify solutions and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data.
  • Advance computer skills in MS Office Products
  • Written and Communication skills with the ability to communicate with other effectively.
  • Presentation skills with the ability to present information as needed.
  • Goal oriented skills with the ability focus on goals/objectives and obtain pre-determined results.
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Related Field
  • On-the-job training in IT operations processes.
  • In lieu of degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industry environments.
  • Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks and operational reporting tools.
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification
  • ITIL and compliance training.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track operational issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Facilitate communication between IT teams, business stakeholders, and support teams.
  • Prepare and maintain operational dashboards and reports for leadership.
  • Support compliance activities related to regulatory changes and audit requirements.
  • Assist in backlog management and prioritization of operational tasks.
  • Participate in strategic projects and provide operational insights.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
