About The Position

As the IT Automation Intern, you'll help drive efficiency by supporting and building solutions that automate routine tasks, improve system performance, and enhance user experience. You'll work with experienced IT pros, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain hands-on experience that will set you apart.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or other related fields having completed sophomore year prior to starting the internship.
  • Strong interest in workflow-based logic and the ability to conceptualize automated solutions.
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative.
  • Basic understanding of IT principles and practices.
  • Completed coursework in data structures, programming, or related technical subjects.
  • Exposure to automation or workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate) and basic scripting experience is a PLUS.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and vehicle required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath and Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and document automation opportunities.
  • Help test, validate, and document new automation workflows and features.
  • Create internal documentation, reports, and/or presentations related to process improvement.
  • Gain hands-on experience with the integration of enterprise applications and automation tools.
  • Apply basic scripting and coding principles to assist in developing automation solutions.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Workplace team to configure and optimize automation software.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bring fresh ideas and effectively communicate their potential impact to the team.
