About The Position
Under the general supervision of the Information Technology Supervisor II (ITS II), the Information Technology Associate (ITA) responds to all DIR users providing timely, courteous, and effective technical support of computer hardware and software according to the IT Service Level Agreement. The ITA will analyze, develop and document business processes utilizing industry best practices and standard methodologies. All DIR employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner that demonstrates respect for all employees and others they come in contact with during work hours, during work related activities, and anytime they represent the Department. Additionally, all DIR employees are responsible for promoting a safe and secure work environment, free from discrimination, harassment, inappropriate conduct, or retaliation.
