The e-file Program and Analysis Unit is searching for an analytical and detail-oriented individual for our team. Under the general supervision of the Information Technology Supervisor II, the Information Technology Associate (ITA) provides e-file analysis, business requirements, and system requirements for filing season changes and enhancements, and collaborates with internal and external customers to resolve processing issues. Additionally, the ITA provides customer service to external e-file software developers and facilitates approval of software. The incumbent has the ability to analyze data and situations, and think logically and creatively in order to develop plans, solve problems, make recommendations, and support business functions. The incumbent serves as a technical resource on departmental teams, and completes studies and reports for existing programs used by the e-file team. Throughout the year, it may be necessary to alter the work schedule, or work extra hours due to operational needs. Extended vacation time is limited during critical annual changes (October-December).
