About The Position

This is a seasonal position that will end October 2025. The Information Technology Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the organization's computer systems, networks, and software applications. This role involves troubleshooting issues, implementing new systems, analyzing system performance, and providing technical support to ensure optimal performance of IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for problem solution.
  • Conduct systems password audits.
  • Conduct software licensing and audits.
  • Operating system (Windows 11) installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Network as necessary to troubleshoot systems and hardware as needed with Hyatt guest and colleagues.
  • Communication of maintenance and outages.
  • Collaboration with vendors as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex issues and provide solutions.
