Info Systems Technician
About The Position
The successful Information Systems Technician will provide information technology maintenance support to the Agency, primarily to the Child Services Department including, but not limited to, local and wide area network systems, technical support for software and hardware, limited training on software, phone system maintenance and any other Information System areas as necessary. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills. This position is required to travel within the 6 county service area of DAEOC to service and support all locations in company provided transportation.
Requirements
- An Associates degree in Information Systems Management (or related field) and two years related experience and/or training is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have a driver’s license valid in the State of Missouri
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
