The Work: This position is located in Owego, NY and will support multiple programs. As a Classified Cyber Security /ISSO, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day information system security operations, including auditing and compliance with internal LM and customer security requirements. You will also be responsible for technical administration of IS in accordance with internal LM and customer security requirements, primarily Risk Management Framework (RMF). In support of our US Marine Corps, US Navy, and US Air Force customers, the ISSO will support all aspects of the information security program and continue a strong history of success. On occasion, incumbents may be required to work 1st or 2nd shift and a non-standard work schedule that differ from their primary shift being hired for. Requirements

Experience/Education in information/cyber security and systems certifications
The ability to obtain DoD 8570.01-M IAT II certification or higher
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in an ISSO role
Experience with Security Directives, Policies, Publications and Regulations
Experience with tools common in the cybersecurity field
DoD 8570.01-M IAT II compliant certification

Responsibilities

Overseeing day-to-day information system security operations, including auditing and compliance with internal LM and customer security requirements.
Carrying out technical administration of IS in accordance with internal LM and customer security requirements, primarily Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Upkeeping, monitoring, analyzing, and responding to network and security events.
Documenting compliance actions with the ISSM to address non-compliance in the allotted time frame.
Ensuring systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with internal security policies and practices.
