A s a systems security engineer, you can identify the security system needed to assess vulnerabilities and recommend the best solution and security strategy. We need your experience to lead the development and implementation of security solutions that will protect infrastructure. On our team, you’ll troubleshoot and analyze complex challenges for customers using your kno wledge of security devices and implementation. You ’ll use your curiosity for technology and market trends to further research and develop security solutions. Using your knowledge and experience in Information system security software, hardware, and firmware, you’ll assess security threats and implement infrastructure controls. In this role, you’ll closely impact the Department of Defense (DoD ) by supporting our country. What You’ll Work On: Develop relationships quickly and easily with other teams, communicating the complexities of security with a wide variety of audiences, including senior management. Implement infrastructure and system security controls, including enhanced detection and vulnerability capabilities and improved event correlation in large enterprises. Perform risk and vulnerability assessments in network, system, and application areas; leverage big data analytics and traditional security event types to identify advanced threats or indicators of compromise. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an ISSO on Government and/or DoD contracts
• Experience proposing, coordinating, implementing and enforcing information systems security policies, standards and mythologies
• Experience developing and maintaining documentation for C&A in accordance with ODNI and DoD Policies
• Experience providing CM for security-relevant information system software, hardware, and firmware
• Experience supporting clients and high-level government or corporate officers
• Knowledge of current security tools, hardware/software security implementation, communication protocols or encryption tools
• Ability to evaluate security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for processing classified information
• Ability to serve as an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) and provide oversight to other ISSOs
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of professional experience
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level 1 or higher
• Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified inf ormation ; TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph is requ ired .
