About The Position

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Classified Cyber Security professional to deliver automated, sustainable, and consistent cyber products and services for the RMS Line of Business. The selected individual will serve as a Classified Cyber Security Technologist Manager, leading a team of cybersecurity professionals and working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity solutions. This role involves identifying, designing, securing, and deploying specialized tools that support governance and risk management of classified systems, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of classified assets. The position requires a thorough understanding of development and security controls, with a focus on automation-enabled cybersecurity for daily activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity.
  • Demonstratable experience with standard cybersecurity and network environment tools and applications, including SIEM, ESS, DLP, IAM, Vulnerability Scanning.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and people simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven knowledge of the DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG), or Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • IASAE Level-III Certification, such as ISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, or CCSP.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven expertise in Dev/Sec/Ops concepts and processes.
  • Expertise in Splunk, including writing queries and creating dashboards.
  • Experience with network design processes.
  • Demonstratable experience working with complex operating systems and networks, including data centers and cloud environments.
  • Experience conducting internal and external customer assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, testing, and monitoring of classified cyber-security measures.
  • Assess and mitigate classified system security threats and risks throughout the program life cycle.
  • Direct the development and maintenance of technical system security documentation.
  • Coordinate activities as the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to ensure systems are secure and compliant.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top cyber talent to drive team excellence.
