About The Position

Information Systems Security Manager Key Role: Designs, implements, and manages policies and procedures to ensure database, software, and hardware security. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with on-prem environments
• Ability to create and maintain Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation that results in the issuance of an Authorization to Operate (ATO)
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT field and 5+ years of experience with Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) functions, or 9+ years of experience with Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) functions in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

• Experience with network accreditation and security compliance processes
• Knowledge of virtualization and storage technologies, including Red Hat, VMware, EMC, and NetApp
• Knowledge of integrating traditional on-prem network setups or services with cloud-based solutions
• Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions that are standards-based and cost-efficient
• Ability to lead and facilitate technical discussions with internal and external organizations
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
