SMS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to support a dynamic team at Maxwell AFB, Gunter Annex, AL. The ISSM will play a crucial role in maintaining the authorization of systems throughout their lifecycle, providing support and technical expertise related to Defense in Depth principles and technology in security engineering designs and implementation. This position involves drafting and maintaining Authorization to Operate (ATO) and Authority to Connect (ATC) documentation, ensuring compliance with security standards for both new and existing inspectable DoD programs. The candidate will manage the Information Assurance team, overseeing their work products to ensure high-quality performance and deliverables.
