About The Position

As an Information Systems ROADMAP SME supporting this government program, your mission focuses on you serving as a technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation and alternatives. You will work on unusually complex technical problems and provide solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious. Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives. Assignments are often self-initiated. Thinking independently and demonstrating exceptional written and oral communications skills. Applying advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. Contributing to the development of new principles and concepts. Capable of determining and pursuing courses of action necessary to obtain desired results. Developing advanced technological ideas and guiding their development into a final product. Demonstrated expert-level expertise in a particular area of Information Technology (e.g., Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, Software Development Methodologies, Security Engineering, Communications and Network Systems Management), or a specific functional area (e.g., finance, logistics, and operations research).

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • 15 years of demonstrated experience in large scale network and/or telecommunications and/or information software systems architecture with a bachelor's degree.
  • Bachelor's degree with a technical focus is required and 15 years of demonstrated experience in large scale network and/or telecommunications and/or information software systems architecture.
  • CISSP
