About the position

The Information Systems (IS) Business Analyst HQ position is based in Atlanta, GA, and requires collaboration with stakeholders to understand their requirements and leverage SAP HCM functionalities effectively. The role involves evaluating existing HR processes, identifying bottlenecks, and devising optimization strategies within the SAP HCM system. The analyst will manage continuous improvement practices, drive initiatives, and foster a culture of innovation within the organization. Responsibilities include providing end-user support, overseeing HR processes within the SAP HCM environment, and collaborating with HR department stakeholders to optimize processes. The position also requires conducting regular reviews of HR processes, facilitating brainstorming sessions, tracking key metrics, and assisting in audits of the SAP HCM system.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and leverage SAP HCM functionalities.
  • Evaluate existing HR processes, identify bottlenecks, and devise optimization strategies within the SAP HCM system.
  • Manage continuous improvement practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide end-user support and incident management for system-related issues.
  • Oversee all aspects of HR processes and systems within the SAP HCM environment.
  • Collaborate with HR department stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points.
  • Conduct regular reviews of HR processes within SAP HCM to assess effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions and provide support for implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Track key metrics including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Identify opportunities to improve support processes and enhance SLA performance.
  • Assist in conducting audits of the SAP HCM system for compliance with internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
