About The Position

The Application Analyst I achieves knowledge of each appropriate application and serves as a bridge between vendors, end users and team members. The Analyst I conducts regular day-to-day communication with internal teams, application vendors, clinical and business representatives, as well as subject matter experts to tailor the different system(s) to fit the organization's needs. He/She assists in performing analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with the use of different applications as needed. The Analyst I is a support contact and works with other members of the team in coordinating efforts and status updates with end users and operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, mathematics, clinically related field or equivalent experience.
• Current certification in Epic applications required within the first 90 days of employment.
• Must maintain Epic certification(s) including completion of required training.
• A minimum of one (1) year experience in developing, implementing, operating, or maintaining information systems in an integrated healthcare delivery system.

Nice To Haves

• Previous installation experience with healthcare systems databases and interfaces.
• Experience with project management or project execution on small projects.

• Full-Time position with a Monday - Friday schedule from 8AM - 4:30PM CST.
• Occasional weekend and holiday work as needed.
• On-call requirements.
