Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with course work in computer science, information technology, business administration or a related field
• Two years of course work in computer science, information technology, business or public administration or a related field plus two years of experience comparable to Nevada County's classification of Information Systems Analyst Trainee
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to document and present technical processes to nontechnical audiences

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, business relationship management
• SQL query development, reporting/dashboards, and database design
• Data-driven software architecture, UI/UX design
• Eliciting customer requirements and designing a solution using available tools and technologies
• Experience in Microsoft SSMS, SSRS, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Workday, and Accela Land Management

Responsibilities

• Build reports and efficiency dashboards
• Assist staff with addressing technical issues with Electronic Health Record system and other specialized software
• Software automation, scripting and workflow development
• Low-code software development
