About the position

As an Information Systems Security Engineer at CACI, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and evaluating information systems to ensure their security. This position involves updating security configurations and working on systems that support national defense efforts. You will also be responsible for researching and evaluating new technologies and standards to enhance security measures.

Requirements

• Previous experience employing risk management methodologies, NIST/ ICD-503
• Experience with vulnerability assessment scanning tools
• Strong Cyber, Cyber Risk, or QA technical knowledge and expertise
• Familiarity with associated processes, standards, and procedures
• TS/SCI w/ Poly is required
• DoD 8570 compliance is required
• Good communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• A minimum of five years of related work experience

Nice-to-haves

• Demonstrated experience with implementing NIST 800-53 controls
• Demonstrated experience with developing test plans for information systems
• Demonstrated experience with the RMF process
• Demonstrated experience with Xacta/SNOW
• Demonstrated experience with Linux (Red Hat)
• Demonstrated experience with security Network devices (Firewalls and Switches)
• Demonstrated experience with Nessus or other scanning tools
• Demonstrated experience with Container Technology such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Experience with DevSecOps
• Familiarity with code quality and code analyzing security tools
