Bring your expertise to Multnomah County, where you will directly support the nationally recognized Multnomah County District Attorney’s office. The Information Specialist 3 plays a key role in supporting the operations, maintenance, and improvement of IT systems that deliver technical services across our office. As part of the Help Desk team, you’ll handle a wide range of responsibilities—from initial troubleshooting to complex issue resolution and escalation coordination—ensuring our technology runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is located at the Multnomah County Central Courthouse 1200 SW 1st Avenue, Suite 5200, Portland, Oregon, 97204. The work schedule is 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday with the possibility of a hybrid schedule once training is completed.
