As an Information Services Specialist, you'll provide Tier I and some Tier II hardware and software support for common operating environment systems, participate in Help Desk rotations ensuring requests are submitted, assigned and processed in a timely manner, and perform regular maintenance, enabling our staff to deliver exceptional service to our members every day. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, a collaborative approach, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys problem solving.

  • Technical Skills & Knowledge: Prior experience supporting computer systems and networks, troubleshooting hardware and software, and working with Microsoft Office, IP telephony, and SCCM highly preferred. Familiarity with Help Desk Management software, desktop or asset management, and network/server technologies preferred.
  • Customer Service & Communication Skills: Demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Problem Solving & Adaptability: Showcases strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong ability to independently solve problems, research and implement viable solutions.
  • Experience & Education: A minimum of 2 years' experience providing technical support for networks and desktop systems including the setup, operation, maintenance, systems analysis, and troubleshooting hardware and related software.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Prior experience within the financial services industry, highly preferred.
