About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Information Services Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in IT support, data management, and information systems. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills, assist in system administration, and contribute to real-world projects that support business operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL) is a plus.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, and database management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support database management, data entry, and data analysis projects.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and test software applications and system enhancements.
• Provide support in cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring data protection and compliance.
• Document IT processes, technical solutions, and best practices.
• Assist with end-user training and support for various software and systems.
• Participate in special IT projects as assigned by the Information Services Manager.
