The Northwestern Medicine Information Services Summer Internship presents a valuable opportunity for associates, undergraduate and graduate students to gain an experiential education and for Northwestern Medicine to benefit from the service, skills and knowledge that undergraduate and graduate students can offer. These 10–12-week paid summer internships are hosted at our downtown Chicago campus. The IS internship provides an unparalleled experience for select aspiring healthcare IT leaders throughout the Northwestern Medicine system. Analytics & Data Skills you can expect to use, based on team placement: SQL (queries, relational databases) Python Power BI, Tableau Databricks, SSIS, SSRS, Azure Data Factory ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and time management Typical Degrees in this field: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Sciences, or related field 2.
