About the position

Haworth is seeking a visionary leader to join as an Information Services Business Process Analyst. This role involves utilizing systems, applications, and processes to support, coordinate, and communicate between various departments and business functions. The analyst will collaborate with business leaders to define and improve processes, systems, metrics, performance, and best practices. Responsibilities include gathering requirements for system enhancements, managing medium-sized projects, and driving the delivery of technology solutions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements and reformat them for better management.
  • Design, test, implement, and support software solutions, providing continuous improvement input.
  • Communicate status updates and risks to customers and management.
  • Understand and articulate the delivery lifecycle phases to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Enforce escalation processes for business support and identify issue patterns.
  • Follow standard work procedures and suggest improvements.
  • Support supply chain process with a focus on production planning and sales order scheduling.
  • Perform other duties within scope as assigned.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Ability to effectively use office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field of study
  • Education Equivalency: Associate Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years additional Information Systems experience utilizing systems applications and/or experience supporting production planning or sales order scheduling
  • 5 years Information Systems experience utilizing systems applications and/or experience supporting production planning or sales order scheduling with Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years Information Systems experience utilizing systems applications and/or experience supporting production planning or sales order scheduling with Master's Degree
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to work and commute onsite daily to our headquarters in Holland, MI (relocation assistance is not provided)

Nice-to-haves

  • SAP System Application Experience and certifications
  • ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management) certification
  • ISM (Institute for Supply Management) certification
  • Manufacturing Industry experience
