The Identity Access Management (IAM) Manager is a People Leader responsible for leading and developing a team of network administrators, ensuring their skills and performance are aligned with the team's and organization's goals. This role encompasses both people management and technical guidance, with a focus on fostering a high-performing, collaborative team. In addition, they are responsible for overseeing and managing the security and accessibility of user accounts and access to systems within an organization. This role involves developing and implementing IAM policies, managing the full lifecycle of user identities, and ensuring the implementation of least privileged access across the enterprise. In addition to access provisioning, the IAM Manager will be responsible for the integration and ongoing maintenance of single sign-on (SSO) technologies, privileged access management applications, and secrets management systems, ensuring seamless and secure access for users across various systems and applications. This includes coordinating with other departments to align IAM strategies with organizational goals and providing leadership and guidance to the IAM team to maintain high standards of security and efficiency. The IAM Manager must ensure compliance with security policies, standards, regulations, and best practices for identity management, safeguarding the organization against unauthorized access and potential security breaches.
