About The Position

As a Senior Information Security Compliance Analyst at Deluxe, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization meets and maintains the highest standards of security and compliance. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist in internal and external risk and compliance audits, including PCI DSS, SOC 1/ 2, Sarbanes-Oxley, NIST CSF. This role will require significant experience and will be responsible for managing larger projects and mentoring junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and 3 years or HS/GED and 7 years of experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Lead medium audit and assessments projects and coordinate with various departments.
• Engage with subject matter experts to understand their processes and controls.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to create and execute mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present reports to management and stakeholders, clearly communicating findings and recommendations.
• Ensure ongoing compliance by staying current with regulations and industry best practices.
• Support the development of security and compliance policies.
• Assist with special projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Review and assess evidence, ensuring it complies with established security standards, controls and regulations.
• Continuously monitor and track the status of mitigation efforts and reports on progress
• Document technical specifications and works with functional team resources to complete development and testing.
