About The Position
The Information Security Analyst provides cybersecurity expertise to safeguard government IT systems and sensitive data. This role is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving security controls and responding to cyber threats across networks, servers, and applications. The analyst works within the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and helps ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and cybersecurity best practices. The position also supports vulnerability management, incident response, and the development of security documentation to enhance the organization's overall security posture.
