About The Position

The Information & Resource Specialist plays a critical role in supporting people with disabilities and their families by facilitating access to vital information and resources. The Information & Resource Specialist will greet guests and support space logistics at Fello at The Mall. As the first point of contact, this role ensures people receive personalized assistance and high-quality customer service.
Requirements
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt their approach to meet the needs of diverse audiences
- Skilled in navigating or learning social, legal, educational, and health-related systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholder needs
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage shared inboxes, resource databases, and program logistics
- Commitment to inclusion, teamwork, and Fello’s mission
- High school diploma
- Experience in customer service and/or resource navigation
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and databases
