About The Position

The Information & Resource Specialist plays a critical role in supporting people with disabilities and their families by facilitating access to vital information and resources. The Information & Resource Specialist will greet guests and support space logistics at Fello at The Mall. As the first point of contact, this role ensures people receive personalized assistance and high-quality customer service.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt their approach to meet the needs of diverse audiences
  • Skilled in navigating or learning social, legal, educational, and health-related systems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholder needs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage shared inboxes, resource databases, and program logistics
  • Commitment to inclusion, teamwork, and Fello’s mission
  • High school diploma
  • Experience in customer service and/or resource navigation
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and databases
