Under the direction of the Communications Center Manager, the Information and Referral Clerk answers incoming calls to the communication center for either appointments (schedules/reschedules/cancels/transfers) or health center messages (documents/routes/transfers/provides information) from patients/clients/caregivers to assure accurate and timely communications in a culturally sensitive and highly professional manner.
