Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist and counsel students regarding financial aid offers, balances, and withdrawal procedures.
• Implement federal, state, and institutional financial aid rules and regulations for various awards.
• Organize and document required supporting documents for financial aid applications.
• Assist students with financial account inquiries including tuition balances and payment options.
• Calculate balances due and authorized aid for students.
• Document student interactions in Banner and/or Slate systems.
• Advise students on the enrollment process for new, readmitted, and transfer students.
• Access and analyze information in Banner to assist with admissions and financial aid inquiries.
• Provide cashier and business services related to student financial accounts.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and respond to departmental communications.
