As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will: Review strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from higher ups and making recommendations to ensure compliance and/or consideration in planning efforts. Develop plans and orders through the application of operational art and operational design, and by using the JPP, within the milestones, deliverables, and interaction points for plans developed using APEX activities. Provide input to briefings, transitioning concepts to execution, and assisting in the coordination of joint operational planning in support of combat, and contingency plans and operations initiatives. Develop TTPs, CONOPs, COAs, and other related documents related to cyberspace operations. Conduct research of current and emerging threats to U.S. Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CIKR) and development of COA to defend and protect resources. JPGs and OPG/OPTs. Train personnel.

  • Provide input to briefings, transitioning concepts to execution, and assist in the coordination of joint operational planning in support of combat and contingency plans.

  • Conduct research of current and emerging threats to U.S. Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CIKR) and develop COA to defend and protect resources.
  • Train personnel.
  • Bachelor's degree or an additional four (4) years of job-related military performing SAP/STO planning experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of five years experience in reviewing strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from higher ups.
  • Experience in developing plans and orders through the application of operational art and operational design.
  • Experience in providing input to briefings and assisting in the coordination of joint operational planning.
  • Experience in the development of TTPs, CONOPs, COAs, and other related documents related to cyberspace operations.
  • Experience in conducting research of current and emerging threats to U.S. Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CIKR).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
  • Must hold an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
