Personnel in this position support the OKC Air Logistics Center’s Bomber Division. Their tasks include information systems development, functional and data requirements analysis, systems analysis and design, programming, program design, upgrades, and documentation preparation. Will supervise others as assigned. Responsible for the daily use and management of the B-1/B-52 Bomber Division sites. Perform requirements analysis for new and enhancement of existing features Create, manage and configure EIM (SharePoint) sites, libraries, and documents. Explore or integrate tools to incorporate B-1/B-52 workflow processes into the EIM (SharePoint) site IAW Air Force policies. Customization of interfaces and functionality to ensure an enhanced user experience Organize division operations data for analysis and supporting briefs and analyses. Compile reports and provide courses of actions or recommendations Created and established an Access database to track aircraft aborts and deficiencies, resulting in the elimination of several hours of research each month Define audiences, roles and responsibilities, policies, and processes as needed to more effectively supporting ongoing and emerging warfighter needs. Define a EIM (SharePoint) strategy encompassing division goals, while further enhancing the value of the EIM tools. Maintain records of calls, problems and resolutions; resolve customer requests for assistance Develop and maintain user documentation for Functional Systems Integrated Database FSID applications to include online help, training and computer-based training. Create and organize original documentation for online help and other training materials including maintenance of context-sensitive online documentation Assist with all quality assurance and testing activities. Will supervise and oversee work of those assigned.
