Responsible for efficient, courteous and professional answering of calls to the TMH Information Desk; greeting and assisting visitors, patients, physicians and colleagues who present to the TMH Information Desk in a courteous and professional manner making sure they are directed to the right area of service or department. Must always remain calm and professional regardless of the customer’s behavior. Skilled in courtesy, tact and diplomacy as he/she is usually the first contact a visitor or patient will meet. Must always maintain patient and hospital confidentiality.
