About The Position

Leidos has a new and exciting opportunity for an Information Assurance Sr SME in our National Security Sector's (NSS) Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). Our talented team is at the forefront in Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, Analytical Methods and Modeling, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Cryptographic Key Management. This position is located in Bethesda, MD. Candidates must currently possess or be able to acquire a TS/SCI Polygraph security clearance.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph or the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Polygraph (Must be a US Citizen to qualify).
• Require MS degree and 15 - 20 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity responsibility areas listed in the job description.
• Secure cloud architecture expertise.
• Expert knowledge in Identity, Authentication and Authorization.
• Experience partnering across the IC.

Responsibilities

• Respond to congressional inquiries on Cybersecurity issues.
• Turn cybersecurity needs and capabilities into requirements and detailed technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain a list of Cybersecurity Architecture needs, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Analyze cybersecurity best practices to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute meaningful input to Cybersecurity policies and influence the trajectory of Zero Trust in the IC.
• Develop and publish baseline security requirements for common enterprise services to ensure capabilities are in compliance with cybersecurity directives and policies.
• Conduct critical path analysis, risk analysis, and task dependency analysis.
• Develop security requirements and constraints to provide input to foundational technical documents, including program architectural artifacts, business cases, and concept of operations.
• Document architectural rules for Zero Trust.
• Define/communicate the Zero Trust integration expectations for all ITE services.
• Create a Zero Trust playbook.
