The Information and Technology Manager shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Continuously improve and coordinate infrastructure activities to optimize resources to benefit the company, our customers, and our employees. Supervisory responsibilities include hiring, developing, and coordinating system administrators, regional analysts, programmers, and other information technology team members. The manager will prioritize and assign team members to CIS projects using ticket systems to organize tasks, conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, participate in company meetings and events, lead the team with a customer service focus, and support ERP conversions and third-party software agreements.
