The Informatics Liaison I works with end-users and technical groups to provide operational and technical education, support, troubleshooting, and recommendations for process or system improvements. The main goal of this role is to ensure all staff are utilizing their technology tools fully, efficiently, and accurately to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This position is responsible for gaining advanced knowledge of the Epic application and workflow knowledge as it relates to the end users they support, including clinical and revenue cycle areas such as scheduling, registration, and referrals. The Informatics Liaison I will assist in projects and conduct end-user assessments to gain in-depth knowledge of practice and system workflows, ensuring optimal system functionality and quality patient care.
