About The Position

Infosys is looking for a seasoned Lead Developer with deep expertise in Informatica, Teradata and Snowflake to lead data engineering initiatives and mentor a team of developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing, cloud migration, and performance optimization, with the ability to drive end-to-end solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible to interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. Requirements

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Woonsocket, RI or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Strong expertise in Snowflake (data sharing, virtual warehouses, tasks, streams).
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Teradata (SQL, utilities, performance tuning).
  • Proven experience in leading data migration projects from on-prem to cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., Informatica) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and data governance.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, or GCP).

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience working in healthcare / Pharmacy Benefits Management domain
  • Snowflake certification.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Ability to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teams.
  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
