About The Position

The Informatica MDM Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and leading Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM (Multidomain / Customer 360 / Product 360). The role involves technical leadership, architecture decisions, and coordination with business and technical teams.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (Multidomain preferred)
• Experience in Match/Merge, Survivorship, Trust Frameworks
• Knowledge of IDQ, PowerCenter, SQL, UNIX
• Experience with Customer, Product, or Supplier data domains
• Understanding of data governance and data quality concepts
• Leadership and client-facing communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Informatica Customer 360 / Product 360
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Informatica certification
• Agile/Scrum exposure

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Informatica MDM solutions
• Design MDM architecture, data models, match & merge rules, survivorship, and hierarchies
• Configure and manage Informatica IDQ, PowerCenter, and ActiveVOS (if applicable)
• Define data governance, data quality rules, and stewardship workflows
• Integrate MDM with source and downstream systems (ETL, APIs, messaging)
• Guide and mentor MDM developers and analysts
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across domains
• Support deployments, upgrades, and production issues
