About The Position
Innova Solutions is seeking an experienced Informatica Admin to join our team in a permanent capacity. This role is crucial for the management and administration of the Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) platform. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 9 years of experience in Informatica administration, with a strong focus on IICS. The Informatica Admin will be responsible for installing, upgrading, configuring, optimizing, and administering the IICS platform across Development, QA, and Production environments. This position requires a proactive approach to support production jobs, including performance tuning, metrics analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations. The Informatica Admin will manage all components of the IICS platform, ensuring that configuration, security, and connectivity are maintained effectively. Collaboration with Systems Administrators, Management, Network Administrators, and Database Administrators (DBAs) is essential for scheduling and implementing changes. The role also involves managing the technical support relationship for Informatica, monitoring all environments to detect issues and trends before they impact users, and supporting the creation of documentation and artifacts that describe deployment, monitoring, and maintenance mechanisms. In addition, the Informatica Admin will identify, develop, implement, review, and revise process improvements, procedures, and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The candidate will utilize their expertise in IDMC to establish and maintain data governance, data quality, and metadata management processes, implementing data controls to ensure compliance with data standards and security policies. Performance optimization strategies for ETL processes will also be a key focus, ensuring timely and efficient data loading while troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data integration and performance bottlenecks. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions, utilizing tools like Jira for task tracking and project management.
