Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, Computer Management, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Computer Programming
  • 3 years of experience

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree preferred
  • EDM Council DCAM Assessor, Data Governance & Stewardship Professional (DGSP), and DAMA Data Management Professional (CDMP) certifications preferred
  • Managing projects with data governance strategy and architecture
  • Leading Data Governance projects and defining strategy
  • Deploying data lineage and data flow inventory solutions
  • Implementing structured data archiving and lifecycle management
  • Understanding data privacy and regulatory aspects
  • Experience with implementation of Batch, and API pipelines
  • Experience with SQL, DQ tools like collibra, monte carlo, soda, informatica, anomalo
  • Experience implementing data quality framework and socialization
  • Understanding of data observability frameworks
  • Hands on experience with platform observability tools like datadog, Grafana, Splunk
  • Experience driving incident management initiatives
  • Good understanding of the stages of incidents
  • Designing conceptual and physical data architecture
  • Utilizing data quality tools for rule development

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives in data governance and strategy development
  • Develop, implement, and maintain data quality processes to ensure data integrity across the organization
  • Develop and implement data integration solutions for metadata, data lineage, and data quality
  • Monitor data quality metrics and perform regular data quality assessments
  • Collaborate with data owners and stewards to ensure compliance with data quality standards
  • Guide and mentor team members to uphold exemplary standards
  • Cultivate meaningful client relationships and understand their business needs
  • Drive the execution of data governance projects and roadmaps
  • Support the integration of technology solutions in complex settings
  • Analyze intricate problems to deliver impactful solutions
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning
  • Maintain adherence to cybersecurity and information security protocols
