Provides information about the organization's services, policies, and procedures to visitors. Maintains and updates records of visitors, inquiries, and complaints. Monitors and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the information desk area. Collaborates with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to visitors. Requirements

  • High school diploma, required.
  • Must possess general office and multitasking skills.
  • Requires good listening and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of standardmedical terminology.
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Enjoys working with the public and possesses a friendly, helpful attitude.
  • Two years of customer service experience, required.
