• Oversee weekly, monthly, and yearly individual and team performance
• Implement policies and processes to improve overall efficiency and control
• Support the operations in establishing operational and financial metrics that will help drive profitability or cost-cutting measures
• Stay current with trends in influencer marketing and identify new trends
• Plan promotional material for launches
